Our Photo Shoot: The Emperor & Empress & Children by Emily

We journeyed to an ancient Chinese town known for its tree laden canals and lazy boat rides.  Strolling a cobblestone street we happened upon a shop.  Our daughter peaked our imagination with an invitation to don costumes and travel back in time.

For a time we assumed new roles and lifestyles.

  1. These are fantastic and what a great idea, Zoe! I hope you have one or two of these framed one day when you are not living in China, and hanging in your home. What memories you are making.

    • It was one of those spontaneous frivolous things that I’m now so very glad that we did, and that we did it early on so we can enjoy the pics all these months. Thx for reading and commenting. I owe you an email, don’t I?

  2. These are beautiful. I’m going to get some copies to put on my fridge. It seems that I have seen the one of Tim and Em before but not the ones of Zoe and Sumner.
